Because the Pregnancy Resource Center of Gwinnett is a sub-ministry of the Gwinnett Metro Baptist Association of the Georgia Baptist Convention, the PRCG is ineligible for membership in any of the major Christian financial accountability organizations such as ECFA.
Our ultimate financial accountability is to the Executive Committee of the GMBA. The GMBA Administrative council receives a financial report once a month. The GMBA Executive Committee receives a financial report semi-annually.
The PRCG Board of Directors also serve as financial overseers and receives financial reports quarterly from the senior director of the PRCG.

Day-to-day financial safeguards include the following:
RECEIPTS
1. All PRCG receipts are logged in by the PRCG.
2. PRCG receipts are then logged in by the GMBA.
3. All deposits are made by two individuals from the GMBA.
EXPENDITURES
1. All PRCG expenditures are initiated through check requests and receipts from a staff member.
2. Check requests are approved by one of the GMBA Executive staff.
3. Checks are written and signed by two individuals at the GMBA.
